Dear Vodacom,
I have been a loyal customer for the past 12 years, this is now the second time that I have to upgrade and you don't have the handset I want (iPhone5) in any store in my town or neighbouring towns.
With my last upgrade I learned my lesson so this time around I ordered the phone quite a while before my upgrade date. It is now almost 2 weeks after my upgrade date, and still no shop has a iphone 5 and nobody can tell me when they will get it again only that they have a waiting list and they have issues with vodacom.
I see this as unacceptable, even after I oringally submitted my upgrade info on the website the day the phone launched I still have not heard a word from vodacom.
This is utterly bad service. I am at the point of rather just letting my contract lapse and going to MTN or Cell C whoever can get my phone the fastest!! Please people this is 2013 not 1900 speed & service is of UTMOST importance!!
I am disgusted by vodacom!! I would not recommend you to anyone!!
