Pre-Registered for the new iPhone 5S on friday 8th november as I was due for an upgrade, was told someone would contact me in 24 hrs (didnt happen). Got a call on thursday 14th november from Vodacom Online upgrade department (thought that was nice, and the lady confirmed the have stock!! great!) so I did the upgrade and was told delivery would be Monday or Tuesday (18/19 Nov), great!!

Its Tuesday now, IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with the vodacom online guys, no phone, out of stock, no estimated time of delivery, WHAT?

Best of all, told my wife the thursday I upgraded she should to, so she did, already got the phone (although she ordered after me), but no sim card with the phone?? What's the use of ordering something online if you have to go into the shop anyway to do a sim swap??

Honestly Guys, what an upset, thinking of actually switching service providers.
