Bad Upgrade Service

I really did not want to upgrade my Vodacom cellphone again... it expired December 2013... due to poor service in the past. However, friends and iPhone 5s availability twisted my arm... Now, Vodacom do not call client as promised once you've registered online, i.e. "online upgrade". The client has to call. Vodacom has "online stock" but once YOU call Upgrade, suddenly no stock. You have to put up a fight for an iPhone, and only actually receive it (wonders, stock!!) once you say "cancel contract"... Then when you do receive it (as xmas gift)... and "everything was/is good" according to Vodacom..the sim card is not correct... not nano sim... :( Tried calling Vodacom customer care, Vodacom online, Vodacom online on 27th but you only get put on hold, listen to music, get re-directed and then finally cut off... Now I have to somewhere get a nano sim for my new iPhone to work... CANT VODACOM JUST GET IT RIGHT?!
