My child's blackberry broke during Oktober 2012. After many phone calls I were told the whole time they wait for spares. I put a complain on Hellopeter and the following morning 10 November 2012 Virgin mobile delivered a new phone at my place. Now the same happened to the new phone - the screen went white and you can not use the phone. I AGAIN reported the phone and I was told the will definately collect the phone at the latest today - Monday. NOBODY COLLECTED THE PHONE AND I WAS TOLD NOW WHEN I CALLED I MUST JUST WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE CALL ME. I asked them many times when I reported the phone that this is the second time and I can not let my child AGAIN go for more than a month without the phone - she need the phone to call me to fetch her at school and sport etc. I WAS ASSURED THAT I WILL NOT STRUGGLE AGAIN THIS TIME BUT NOW THEY DID NOT COLLECT THE PHONE AS PROMISED.
I also told them that if I have bad service AGAIN I am going to cancell my contracts because I can not struggle like this every 3 months. YOUR URGENT ASSISTANCE WILL BE APPRECIATED.
