Horrable mashop manager

I went to your store at Waterfall Mall Rustenburg. I took my 82 year old mother tobuy some shoes. I took one of the benches to my mother to sit down. The sales lady told me to take it back. I told her i want my mother to sit as shewas exhausted. The manager came and also said i must return the bench. I try to explain but they were horrable. The manager was not helpfull or understanding and rather had customers leaving unsattisfied. Her name is Marie. My mother walked out crying because she felt nobody want to help or understand elderly people. A very traumatic experience for her. I went back and mentioned i was to lay a complaint and the manager, Marie, was very sarcastic and again rude. I will NEVER support Shoe City again. I will demotivate people to buy there.
