Broken Blackberry

My Blackberry broke in October 2012. From then i struggle with FNB to come and collect broken phone and deliver new phone. The Blackberry is still under guarantee but for almost 4 months i still waiting for an answer from FNB. Every time i contact the call centre i get the same answer. You must wait 48 hours for an answer. Well i'm still waiting. I took the phone to Cell C, Vodacom, Blackberry and an another cellphone shop to see if the can fix the phone. Nobody can fix the phone. they said it was a hardware problem. Hopefully after i place a complain on Hello Peter somebody will call me back to resolve the problem.
