I took a phone contract with Virgin mobile. I could phone out but never receive calls. I loged a complaint and I was told that they would come and collect the phone as it is a faulty phone. They collect the phone o the 21/09/2010 and I never recevied a new phone. It is now 2013 and to date I have still not received a phone. They carried on deducting the money via debit order for two and a half years. i am sure is against the law as I feel that Virgin Moble at.
