Incorrect departure time

Booked a bus with intercity express for 7.00am got to the bus stop on time waited 1 and a half hours in the cold only to be told that the bus had left and there is nothing that they can do to help me.. Apparently the bus left at 7.05 and loaded 3 passengers according to them.. The driver I spoke with told me the bus had left earlier and there was no other bus after that.. They are refusing to give me a replacement ticket as they say it's not their fault.. No call.. Never inform nothing... This is beyond ridiculous
