Hi There
I would like to Complain about Blackberry.
On 2012-01-01 I went to Vodacom and Upgraded my new contract to a Blackberry Bold 9900 very nice phone and I really liked it, A year further on 2013-01-25 my phone broke and I was told that it can not be fixed and they have replaced my phone with a brand new one wich I Really appreciated, on 2013-06-20 My phone broke again and I was told they can't fix it I've recieved my new phone on 25-06-2013 now on the 28th thye phone says Reload software but it's n brand new phone My problem is that im working on my phone and that I have people working under me so communication is very important to me what can I do because it's a struggle everytime when i give my phone to them, I have not once been offered a Loan Phone everytime I need to go and Buy me a "Cheap " phone. I'm really struggling as I use my Emails for work it's really frustrating I'm really getting tired of this i'm a Loyal person but I think it's time to move on to something else
