Im now very tired of this, you would think after the first five logged calls and waiting on the line for ever and two complaints on hello peter you would get some joy. but alas i have still not been helped.
It has been some months now that i have paid my account in full and i am still listed as a late payer on the national credit bureau. this stops me from being able to survive in the south African landscape.
Please for the love of anything good will you take me off of this listing!!! i am fully paid up on my account and have now reached the limit as to what i can take from ur company.
i will never use nashua mobile again... ever!!! i promise i will leave you alone as soon as you fix this problem. my next recourse will be to come into the head office branch and make a scene.
I dont want to do that but i have no other option.
