Vodacom had "handed" my account over to MBD for failing to pay contracts I had not in the first instance agreed to (another story there, essentially a Vodacom telemarketer signed me up to a package without my consent, Vodacom still denies and I heard the consultant was fired). Now I am requesting the statements of account for the payments I am making and I have been sent from pillar to post. first, MBD claims that they are unable to generate the statements and that is Vodacom's purview, then Vodacom claims they must get the statements from MBD. It has been over 7 days since I requested the statement. What's worse, is that when I called Vodacom legal a lady by the name of Nicole treated me with some contempt and laughed at me for requesting the statement on 18 January 2024.
