My phone had a factory fault and was sent to Jhb for fixing,
- Got a call a courtesy call on the 6th asking if I am happy with the result,
- I got upset because I had not rcvd my phone, was notified by the courtesy caller that it's impossible because my phone was fixed and delivered to Virgin Mobile shop at Pavilion on the 24th last month,
- I called the shop next day and spoke to the shop manager Lee-Anne to find out what was happening, got nothing but attitude from her and decided to hang up... after she kept my phone with her for 2 weeks,
- Up until this day, I have no idea what they were doing with it or who was using it,
- She advised it had been escalated and assured me that I would definitely get a call from Ashlee the same day, guess what, I did n't,
- Got a call and they come up with this idea that they would credit my account by /- R150.00 and I said no,
- I am not struggling to pay my account and don't need the credit, the problem here is my phone,
- My expectations was as follows, they issue a letter (on their letterhead) confirming that no was no one using my phone in that period of two weeks at the store and my guarantee would be renewed or give me a new phone
