I was there this evening to visit the sister Incharge of looking after her could not tell me anything about her progress or treatment
As she says her tablet /pad. Was offline
she couldn’t get it going
Very frustrating & unprofessional from a facility like NETCARE. Where we trust our loved ones are in good care but no communication very sad?
