I have not gotten my R1000 i had to pay for a brand new phone that a staff member at Vodacon Lakeside had told me i would not have to pay for my phone to be fixed and everytime i send the arean manager a whatsapp message about my money he doesnt respond he just ignores me.

the store manager from edgars who i bought the phn from said it is Vodacoms problem to pay me back my money and Werner the area manger of vodacom lakeside said its edgars carnival malls problem, i get getting the run around from these two and ive had enough and i am gng to go to the news papers and i have already complained with the complaints comissione
