VodaDumb - Horrible service

I went into the shop in Somerset West, Main Road to ask about the obf problem as my battery would die without any meaning and would go from fully charged to 10% in almost 20mins, and this is impossible. I was told to reset it to factory default, and I did. No luck.

I then went and booked the phone in at the Repairs Shop only to have this whole issue described

I walked out without a loan phone and no answer on when my problem would be fixed.

No job number was also not given as they will send it to me the next day.

Monday (8/7/13) passed without any form of information/status on the repair job.

On Tuesday (9/7/13) I was forced to call into the shop and request the status, only then I was given a job number and was reassured that it would be done this week.

Early this morning Tuesday (10/7/13) I called into the shop once again to find out about the status to my surprise being informed that the phone is back in the shop and the obf has been rejected.

We got to the store at 14:30, and the phone was handed to me only to be told the phone was not sent away and has not even been checked.
