No help in returning domain to rightful owners

My account has been illegally transferred to their company by a delinquent director, after providing all the information they have shown no interest in resolving the matter or returning the data to the correct host. We offered to take over the site yet they show no support whatsoever. In the meantime my email addresses continue to be used in fraudulent activities
