I am disappointed in the service delivery of Hi-Fi/ Incredible here at dunes mall. I bought a Defy microwave last year from Hi-Fi, now known as Incredible. The Microwave decide to stop working last month on the 11th of October. I brought it to the store 2 days after it stopped working because it is still on guarantee. I was told that it will be send to the repair agent for repairs and will take 2 weeks. Today marks almost 4 weeks but i didnt get the microwave back. I went to the store last week Monday to inquire. I was told that it was fixed and only needed to be delivered at the store. The whole week went by and no one notified me to come collect the microwave. When i went to go enquire last week Friday, I was told that it wasnt repaired yet and will take 7 days to be fixed. I am disappointed in the service delivery of Hi-Fi/ Incredible. They make promises but never keep them, and to make matters worse is lying to a client. I need head office to do something about this urgently. I do not think i will buy something from this shop anymore, and will definitely also notify my friends and family members about the bad service delivery of Hi-Fi/ Incredible.
