POOR service from incompetent consultants

In October 2012 I was advised by my employer that i need to get a cellphone contract for work purposes.
They specifically told me that i should get a talk 500 package and 3g dongle.
I was treated like from from the first interaction with the fourways consultants. I struggled to get a contract for a week. They kept on telling me that i should come in the next day to get my phone and sign my contract. Every day was just another pathetic excuse. After being at the store every day for a week, i finally received my phone and contract. I specifically told them that i intend to downgrade my contract after 3months as a will be immigrating. And i asked them if this would be a problem. They said NO!!! I will only have to pay a small migration fee. Surprise surprise, yet again they told me utter and now in stuck with MTN's service for 2 years!!! This is unacceptable! Either they want to you for your money or they really don't know what they are doing!
