I wish to express my utter disgust at the service I received at Mtn Tygervalley. After completing and submitting a claim form for a phone (two weeks ago), I did not receive any feedback. I had been promised that I would receive feedback within twenty four hours and on calling the store, I was informed that my claim form had been lost. I then had to return to the store to complete a new form, after which I once again did not receive feedback. Since then I have called the store and traveled to Tygervalley numerous times for assistance. After much delay, inconvenience and financial expense, I have finally been attended to. I am very disappointed by the delay in this process and would like to know how Mtn is going to address this issue.
