Vodacom upgrade info lost and still waiting

I was contacted by vodacom following an inquiry I made via their web site. It took a lot of explaining to the call centre assistantant and eventually a supervisor who eventually helped me out. This took place on the 25th of Jan 2013. At the end of the call it was promised that all had been resolved and that a new phone, contract and micro-sim would be delivered to my office on the 8th of February. Nothing arrived and on equiring it was found that there was no record of the upgrade being loaded into the system. I have been on the line 3 times today, promises of trying to sort out the mess by long an short is that I will have to wait 3 to 7 days for the phone AGAIN and funnily they wont give me a reference number meaning that the upgrade will get lost again. Vodacom you really need to think about your customers, I have been a vodacom subscriber for 16 years, looks like its time goodbye!
