I would like to express my frustration first of all. I did a sms application ago last week for a new account and i received a sms back stating i must go to a Ackermans store to complete a sms application form. I went to the N1 city branch, completed the form and the consultant who helped me made a copy of my ID and said i will receive feedback in an hour or so because she is going to fax it through. Well its 24 hours later. One of two things happened here, she never send through my form or my application was rejected. Either way i would like to know what is the outcome of my application or what is the next step from here
