I had an insurance claim with Nashua mobile on my lost phone. I submitted the documents on monday the 10th of june. I was told it takes 48-74 hours to finalize the claim. Two days later on wednesday i had not received any feed back from the store or the head office so i called the call centre only to find they had not received the claim forms. An email was sent to the store by one of the claims agents however there was no response. I had to go back to the store only to find they had lost the documents i submitted. After submitting the documents again i was told i would be called back to get feedback. No feedback was provided. I went back the following day and i was advised by one of the consultants that they could not help me beuase it would take too long to call the call centre as he would have to hold for too long. He said that he would call them later and then revert to me with an update once again i did not receive a call. I subsequently sent the store an email expressing my dissatisfaction but i did not receive a response. My claim was finalized on friday because i personally called the insurance department to complain. This entire situation has been extremely disappointing!!!
