POOR SERVICE

I have an Insurance cover for my cellphone with Game and Hollard, I have been trying for the past two days to get a Claim form and i am being sent from pillar to post. When i called them on 0861005675 i spoke to lady whom i gave my fax number and she said would faxc the form. I am still waiting she even said i could go to the store. I went to Game Roseebank and they advised that i the lady i spoke to gave me incorrect information and i was in fact the third customer to come in store and ask for a form as advised by the call centre, and the shop does not keep any Claim forms none of the shops do. I called today I spoke to Phenny and I gave her my email address and confirmed with a 3 times that it was correct and i still have not received this form. i try calling them back and i hold on the line for minutes on end, this whole thing just makes me wonder how my claim will be handled. Can these people do the right thing as I dont delay in paying my monthly premiums...
