I received an sms on the 06 Dec 2012 confirming that my Retirement Fund claim form has been received and the claim process will start. I was informed no more then 3-4 weeks. I called the call centre last week and wanted to know what the hold up is and I was informed that the funds was transfered. I then called back to inform the consultant that the money is not in my account and I was told it will be escalated to a Supervisor which I again got a turnaround time of 48hrs (working hrs). I again was not called and I called back this week of the 17 Jan 2013 and I was informed that as per admin there was an error and therefor it will now take another 7-14 working days.
I am very upset, as I will not wait for two months to receive my money as this is not the process i was informed about. Also, feedback is not given and a person has to phone in after being promised feedback.
I need my money immediately.
