Still waiting for my insurance claim to be approve

I am an SME client at MTN, my phone was at my work place 29 November 2013 and I went to get it blacklisted and to claim for insurance, and since then nothing has happened, no one from MTN has contacted me to tell the status, when i go to the store I am always sent from pillar to post. It took about a month and a half to blacklist the phone, eventually when it was blacklisted I then went back to the store to fill out the insurance application form and was told it takes 48 hours for them to process, and since then I am still waiting. I've contacted the insurance department a thousand times and everytime I phone I literally hold for 2 hours or more only to be told that my form was not received. I have lost a lot of business because this inconvenience, I don't have a phone or a sim card, my clients cannot phone me to make appointments, I have lost a lot of business. MTN best get me my phone and sim as soon as possible before I loose more business. My contract number is 073 134 8727.
