Blacklisting of Cellphone

Hi, My son lost a blackberry Torch 9800 on 29th of May 2013.
I phoned the Cell C customer care center (140) on 1st of June 2013 to blacklist the phone & was advised to go to a Cell C store, complete a form & fax to Cell C. On the 3rd of June 2013, I went in to the Cell C store in Gateway & completed the relevant form. The staff at this store faxed it for me & I have the confirmation. I was told that I would receive the ITC number within 2 days. I did not receive any feedback so I phoned 140 again on the 5th of June 2013 & was told that my query will be escalated and was given the ffg ref no: 3060503776 & told to wait a further 2/3 days before I received any feedback. Nothing was forthcoming so I phoned again on the 8th of June 2013, the staff member of the call centre was very unhelpful & did not even send me and SMS confirming the call. I phoned again yesterday 11th June 2013 & was told that my faxed form (of which I have the confirmation) was not received by Cell C. This really speaks of inefficiency. I then phoned again today and was given an email address to send the blacklisting form. Now your return email says that I need to wait another 2/3 days. This is poor serv
