Delayed feedback form the Insurance company

My car was involved in an accident on 29th of November 2013 and the car was towed by an authorised towing company for storage up until i get feedback regarding the claim. Since then i've heard nothing form the insurance, ive been tryimg to call them several times with no feedback and i have been put on hold and been told that they are still busy with the claim. The 9th of January (after a month) was the first time i received feedback from them and telling me that my claim has been declined and i am liable to pay R4 731.00 for storage of where my vehicle has been stored all this time, hence they explained that because they towed the car they will incur all the costs for storage. I have been calling the Insurance company since the 9th of January 2014, but all i got was they will come back to me regarding the payment for the storage... till now no one has come back to me
