How silly i was to try change networks near the end of last year. Suddenly i had no network coverage and poor service to book. But on my return to vodacom i call the call centre first time and the operator gave great service and the network is perfect. I unfortunately didn't get the gentleman who i spoke to, but great service and able to deal effectively with my query
