For years I am the owner of a certain number. I then completed and signed transfer of ownership forms to transfer it over to my son as a business contract. I did this in January 2013. Nothing happened. I did it again in March, May and 15 July. Nothing still happened. Mtn service centre Waterfall mall says its out of their hands. Nothing they can do about it. They have already send in queries and complaints to their highest possible level. I just have to wait till whenever head office gives attention to this and sort this out. What is so difficult about ownership transfer? How many months will it still take? Please how can this be solved? Thank you!
