3 Month Contract Transfer delay

I went to this specific MTN store middle November 2013 to do an upgrade and to do a contract transfer. I supplied them with all the necessary documentation and letters they required. I was told that I would receive documentation to accept, sign and send back within two days. I received nothing. On the 7th of January after returning from holiday I went back to the store and was informed that the transfer details somehow "got lost" and that all the documentation got confiscated and I needed to start from scratch with the process. I refused as this is not a fault on my side. My fiance phoned in and after speaking to the manager they informed him all my documentation and application has been found again. Wow! it is now February and I have yet to receive the documentation to sign in order to finalize the contract transfer. Absolutely no communication and guidance is received from this store.
