Vodacom is so full of. I opted to help out a friend to take over there Cellphone contract, paperwork done @ VodaWorld, yet 3 Months later to discover contract is not on my name, only banking details changed. Vodacom states we need to go back as application expired. How is this MY FAULT?!?! I have freezed debit orders and refuse to pay Outstanding amount unless contract is either transferred to ME or CANCELLED. And Vodacom will explain why my friends name is blacklisted due to none payment. I will go to court if needed and I WILL NOT go back to complete application again. Awaiting Feedback from Vodacom!
