Incorrect product descriptions

I have been complaining about vodacom a lot as of late. 1st my sim swaps were not processed until i made a huge performance. It seems that i will have to repeat my behaviour.

Yesterday, the 6th of Feb 2013 i bought an Nitho car charger from the campus square vodashop. The box said that it is iphone5 ready. Naturally, it isnt. I paid R300.00 for it. I work in simmonds street Jhb and the vodashop here said that they are unable to return this product (what is the purpose of a franchise if there is no consistent service delivery) also, the manager at the campus square branch is belittling to staf
Moving along, this means that i have to drive to campus square during a work day to return a product that was sold to me on the premise that it could do a particular function. Well i will not. I am a contractor, so that means for every hour of work i miss i dont get paid.
Will vodacom
1. Compensate my fuel
2. Reimburse me for my work hours lost
3.give me back the 2 hours of my life that this will take.
We all no the answer is no. I mean im just a customer.

Please will you make arrangements for the simmonds street branch to take back this product or send someone to collect it.
