I had lost my phone and have discovered that my Sim Card was not blocked as per my request when I went into the Vodacom shop at Campus Square on the 31st. The consultant who helped me only blocked the phone.
I have been informed that my data limit has been reached and smses send from my sim which lead to my account being locked. I am still waiting for feedback on the way forward on this matter as I am unable to make calls, use the internet and send massage. The references are S3-T6R2P-P8AUH and S3-T
