I purchased a CELLC Nokia Internet stick recently. It would nt work. So i went to the CELLC branch in Braamfontein to fix this. They fixed it, but after installation on my laptop, the settings disappeared from CELLC Nokia Internet stick. I went to Cresta CELLC branch - they didnt know how to fix this & referred me to CELLC branch in Campus Square... CELLC campus square could fix it either!!!.I easily wasted 5 to 6 hours trying to sort this problem out... but no one can fix this... CELLC themselves told me that this product has been removed from CELLC shelves and returned as they dont work!
I went to speak to a salesperson at CNA victory park and he was going to refund me - unfortunately, the Nokia Internet stick was purchased by my wife on her card and I was requested to bring her in to get the refund.

My wife went in today to CNA VICTORY park but, PATRICK - CNA manager refused to do the refund... why is it one day they can do the refund and the next they cannot??? why different standards at CNA Victory park???..what kind of training is this at CNA??? its just a total waste of valuable time!
