Hi Kodak
I was given a KEX 8" digital picture frame as a gift; however, I'd prefer to return it and obtain a refund as it's not an item that I want or would use.
(I do have the original purchase receipt)
Kodak Support requested that I contact the dealer from where the frame was purchased and ask for refund.
On the product packaging is written -
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with this product, the store where you purchased it will replace it or provide you with a full refund."
Kodak Campus Square have refused to refund the item; they are only prepared to exchange it.
Since then, they have ignored all further communication.
A response would be appreciated...
