i REALLY DONT KNOW WHY NEDBANK SIMMONDS STREET CHANGED THEIR CUSTOMER QUEUEING SYSTEM . IT DOES NOT WORK. I WWAITED FOR MY NUMBER TO BE CALLED FOR ALMOST 45 MINUTES, I DECIDED TO LEAVE AFTER 50 MINUTES TO GO TO ANOTHER NEDBANK BRANCH AT GHANDI SQUARE. THERE WAS A QUEUE TOO BUT THEY TOOK 10 MINUTES TO ASSIST ME ON MY QUERY. THE NEW SYSTEM AT NEDBANK SIMMONDS STREET AND AND IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. VERY FUSTRATED
