I would like to congratulate and personally thank Rochell Carolus and the rest of the Vodacom Team for their excellent service. Only after I spoke to Rochell did everything started happening. Rochell advised me the refund should take place within 48 hours but was in my account less than 24 hours later. Thank You so much for all your help and assisting me in this matter.
