Very bad service and no getting back to me

I was contacted by Virgin Mobile two weeks ago going on third week. I took out a contract with them telephonically, an samsung s4 mini. i received my phone last week but i am still not connected and i am till not ported over to virgin mobile. i feel i can rather send this phone back because i cant use it. There is no branch where i can go to here in kimberley. i regret taking out the contract with Virgin as it it a total waste of my time now.
