Extremely dissapointed

I went last saturday to apply for macbook, was advised ill be contacted when approved. I contact the store, they never answer their lines. was called 8hours after approval!! when I collect Im told it was not activated, had to wait over two hour - Simcard was never rica''d. When I contact them I get told its not activated, even when as we speak!! I am to visit the store anew.! The reason I end up writing is because this is almost the third time this happens, wont go through all details but all I want to say is that the eastgate branch does not respect their client, this is the first ever time I experience such service when it comes to MTN retail store...

All I wanted was my Data to work, whats a PC without internet1!!! I reallly reallly reallly am disappointed1!
