VIRGIN MOBILE CONTACTED ME TO UPGRADE. SAID YES. COURIER WOULD DELIVER NEW PHONE IN 3 DAYS. AFTER 2 WEEKS NO ONE NEW WHAT HAPPEND??? NO COURIER, NO PHONE, WENT TO A BRANCH -- MENLYN GAUTENG, THE SALES PERSON HELPED US FINE THERE PROMISED TO UPGRADE TO A SAMSUNG S4 --- WELLL 3 BLUDIE WEEKS LATER AND ALL WE HEAR IS HEADOFFICE IS OFFLINE... NO ONE CAN HELP ME!!! NO ANSWER AT HEAD OFFICE CALL CENTRE, VIRGIN MOBILE REALLY!!! NOW WHAT --- WHO WILL HELP???
