I was contacted by virgin mobile that the phone will be collected today! I still have the phone and its more than 2 weeks later! I'm so frustrated with virgin mobile and their courier service that I have d

ecided to cancel my contract. I'm not intrested to be a client of them anymore. They can change my existing contract to prepaid. I have never experianced anything like this in my life, I can't believe virgin mobile can do bussines like this! Come collect the phone so that m frustration can be over!
