VODACOM HAS NO SERVICE

I'm very disappointed in Vodacom I have 4 contracts with them currently I have phoned the customer service just to get the settlement letters for all my contract I wish to pay them off!! But nobody wants to do the job!! I also have one contract with MTN and they help me ASAP, so why cant Vodacom do the same.
