I'm disappointed with vodacom and is trying everything to get rid of my contract. I have blocked my account and still get an account that exceed my amount. I have told vodacom on veriuos ocations that I can't afford it. Vodacom customer service phoned me and promised me that they will convert my contract to a topup, but without privale. Still get invoices that I can't afford. Is someone going to help or not. If I can I'm going over to another service provider, because vodacom!!!
