Netcare not honoring Vodacom value add service

I am a Vodacom customer and as the breadwinner all my households contracts are in my name. My elderly aunt who stays with me, is one of the people in my house for whom I have a Vodacom contract. Recently my aunt needed an ambulance so my daughter phoned Netcare as she knew it was a value added service on my contract. I am getting repeated invoices and statements from Netcare. I phoned the above mentioned person who then requested email copies of my cellphone contact. This was sent to him with the reference nr from Vodacom who confirmed that there would be a no charge for the service. The letters of demand, are still coming even after repeated phone calls to Netcare. My aunt is a pensioner and I have taken out the contract for her. Vodacom and Netcare can you please sort this out.
