I have requested one of my contract to be cancelled and as per one of the vodacom customer agent, I wont be able to cancel my contract though I have paid up all my 24 month which is not fair. I have not used any of the inclusive bundles this month. Please check. though that your rules. But you have look at the customer as well. I am vodacom customer since ages and please look at my transaction history and how many contracts I have with vodacom. If this is still the case. I wont go to vodacom contracts again and neither I will not recommend to any one.
Please dont deduct any money for this contract at the end of this month. I have not used any bundles for your kind information.
As per vodacom customer care agent, I suppose to receive email saying my contract is being requested for cancellation which I did not receive.
I have not expected this kind of response and service from Vodacom.
