My Cell phone contract has been renewed, Vodacom indicated that they are aware and 4 months later the problem not yet resolved. I an still struggling to renew my contract despite 4 months of interaction with Vodacom. Vodacom contract customers please be aware as your cellphone contracts might be renewed and Vodacom simply does nothing about it! Please beware! Have experienced very poor service from Vodacom and currently paying for a contract that i did not renew!!
