I complained several times about a bad/no signal from Vodacom at my house. We are not able to use our Cellphones at our house due to no signal. We have 4 Vodacom Contracts in this household. We can not use our Tablets which we have on contract and pay for data which we can not use. We can not even use our internet with our 3G. This is absolutely unecceptable!!! Vodacom previously commended that the have installed a antenna about 200 metres from my house. This so not help me at all. I insist for a antenna or some kind of support at my house. If Vodacom can not meet this, they must cancel my contract. This have the result that I have to use my Telkom phone for calls which cost me a lot and I do have free calls on my Vodacom contract. I am terrible disappointed in Vodacom and would never renew any contract with them ever!!!
