No settlement account balance

I phoned Vodacom to obtain settlement account balances for my cellphone contracts, as i am not paying these accounts i don't have the account number from which the installment is deducted and the deduction date these accounts is paid by my parents, from their account all of these contracts is registered in my name as a customer its my right to know and to obtain these balances. But apperantly Vodacom has a problem giving me this or they don't want me to close these accounts. I have several cellphone and data contracts with Vodacom.
