I called Vodacom customer care on several occasions regarding the issues I am having with my Map/GPS. The application is not finding my exact location. It isn't 2KM away it is 5KM away, meaning even the cursor on the phone does not move the my vehicles as I am driving.

I have tried to download Telmap (which I've always used without any issues) and Google Maps but even these two application are giving me the same error or problem. I made sure that the " GPS Data Source" on the phone is on "Device GPS" and the"Location Service" is on.

But I am still having issues... However, my wife is using a a Blackberry 9360 and while my 9900 Bold is acting up. I deleted all this applications and re-downloaded them again but that did not help.

Vodacom Customer Care told me to contact BlackBerry Tech support which happened be a wrong number as apparently Blackberry tech support had moved office. I then got 0110368650 and they refused to assist because they only attend to calls from service providers. Advising that I need to go back to my Service Provider and they'll need to contact Blackberry Tech support on my behalf.

I am still experiencing issues while I'm being played like a ball in a park
