I had several issues with my blackberry 9360 (ref: CLC926147), some of the issues being the battery lasting only 5 minutes, the phone screen producing an application error results in rebooting the phone, phone flash not working etc. When i send my phone in for repairs i get a quote of R 1113.16 to repair the phone. When i phone Cell C customer care (I took this contract with Cell C) they say apparently the phone is physically damaged and they have emailed me pictures. I am disgusted with the way blackberry is trying to make every type of excuse not to repair the phone. I have the pictures of the so called physical damages. The so called physical damage is ware and tare on the rubber on the side of the phone which is caused by opening the back cover. The reason why i needed to open the back cover is because i had to reset the phone so often. I can email pictures that was emailed to me if necessary. THE PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY DON'T LOOK FOR EVERY LITTLE EXCUSE NOT TO REPAIR THE PHONE THAT IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL RESULT IN ME NOT WANTING TO BUY A BLACKBERRY AGAIN!
